Cancellation & Returns & Refund

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.hermarts.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Hermarts brings Homemade products directly from the Vendors to Customers on the confirmation of orders. In most cases, the goods are produced only after the customer order is confirmed; and goods that are produced exclusively against one customer order cannot be delivered to other customers. Therefore, customers are requested to verify and the product details before confirming the order and making payments.

Once the order is confirmed, the notification is immediately transmitted to Vendors to produce and ship the items and therefore cannot be cancelled. In any exceptional case, when customer has confirmed the order by mistake and wish to cancel, please contact Hermarts customer support to track the order and hold it from further processing. Hermarts will make best efforts to support customers.

Return/Replacement Policy

Hermarts brings Homemade products directly from the Vendors to Customers on the confirmation of orders. In most cases, the goods are produced only after the customer order is confirmed; and goods that are produced exclusively against one customer order cannot be delivered to other customers. Therefore, customers are requested to verify and the product details before confirming the order and making payments.

Once the order is confirmed and goods are delivered, the goods cannot be returned or refunded. However, if the goods that are delivered to customers are found to be different than the ordered item and/or the it is found to be defective, the Return claims can be raised by the customers with Hermarts customer support team. Hermarts will take it up with the Vendors and arrange for free replacement is delivered to customers and wrong item is picked up from customer’s place.

Hermarts will make best efforts to support customers.

Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Customers will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date it is received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it is received. The item must be in the original packaging and the item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item and the Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the refund claim is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Once the returned item is received, Vendor will inspect it and notify the customer that returned item is received. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
